Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Expert with a proven track record in bidding on platforms such as UpworkFiverr, and Freelancer, and demonstrated proficiency in email marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, a flair for crafting compelling proposals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving measurable sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and bid on suitable projects across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar freelancing marketplaces.
  • Craft persuasive and customized proposals to secure client projects effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, bidding, or business development roles.
  • Expertise in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies to drive client acquisition.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals effectively.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
